Does Job 41:11b apply to all musical styles/genres?

Job 41:11 Who hath prevented me, that I should repay him? whatsoever is under the whole heaven is mine.

Does the second half of this verse apply to all musical styles/genres? If so, how does it apply?

NewNot in any specific way

Using the Exegesis 101 principle “the obvious explains the obscure”, we need to start with clear passages like Psalms 149 and 150, which prescribe percussive music and dancing for the praise of God in Old Testament settings.

Since you say that it does not apply “in any specific way,” does that mean that you believe that it does apply in some general way?

NewOnly in a fairly ambiguous sense

It’s one of those “and then a miracle occurs” things you do so often, Rajesh. Your logic is generally looser than a fish-net designed for blue whales. Again, Exegesis 101; you want to get somewhere on a topic, you start with the passages which speak as directly and unambiguously as possible.

Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.

If you do not want to explain further your view about how this verse applies in a fairly ambiguous sense, then we do not have anything more to discuss.

Does the second half of this verse apply

-to all musical styles/genres?

-to all clothing styles?

-to all types of art?

I’m not accepting the invitation to discussion until Rajesh gives us his opinion or says he doesn’t know.
