Concerning concience and damnation

As Rom 14 and 1Co 8-10(?), if we doubt and eat we are damned.
What happens if there are only two choices, and we doubt both of them? Such as, should I take this job, or not take this job? Should I marry this girl, or not marry this girl (You can say to look for another, but that falls under ‘not marry “this” girl’)?

I think the point is to seek biblical clarity about the decision before making it. Hebrews 11:6 ties into this thought as well - it is impossible to please God without faith. Faith is taking God at His word. If I do not know what God has to say about something, I cannot say I am acting in faith, even if I am doing the “right” thing. Consequently, even the right thing is not always pleasing to God because if it is not done for the right reason. IOW, if I am not doing something based on what God has said about it, I am doing that thing based on what some man (myself or someone else I am listening to) has said. Bottom line to your question, don’t make a decision while you are doubting; search the Scriptures for God’s mind first, however long that takes.

One thing it doesn’t clear up, though.
What about when you doubt (feel guilty) for waiting, too? Not necessarily in either of the above cases, although I think the mate thing could easily fall into that…
And a different question,
Do you have to be ‘100% certain?’ I remember the prayer, Lord I believe, help my unbelief… What if you have searched the scripture, and you’re fairly sure of your position logically, but you still ‘doubt?’ It seems to go against, let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. There just aren’t many things, if any, I am fully persuaded over, in the sense of knowing I could not possibly be wrong.

If you have searched out God’s mind on the matter in His Word, then God is grater than our hearts (1 John 3:20).
