The restrictions around the Easter egg decorating are nothing new. They have been in place for many years, including during Trump's presidency.
I initially thought that Biden made a huge tactical error and risked alienating many undecided Christian voters by purposely picking Easter Sunday for Transgender Day of Visibility. But apparently it is always on March 31st and happened to fall on Easter this year. I have never heard of it before this year.
