It brought back many many emotions from that time for me… One of the voices that the flight attendant was talking to was a friend of mine from American Airlines. We were on the same team in reservations in North Carolina. His name is Winston Sadler - and had a reputation for being the guy who could keep ANYONE calm on the phone.. His is the “quiet” voice ..

What a testimony this pilot has!
