(a) Equal access
All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accommodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin.
we'll see if the judge thinks the discount is on the basis of religion or on the basis of possession of a bulletin regardless of religion or lack thereof.

Age is protected under the state statute they are using.

IANAL, but it seems to me that since age is not a protected category in §5(i), that senior discounts are still safe.
