Blumer Introduces Bauder at GARBC Conference

Discussion

Oh hey. My brother’s famous now.

I think I won’t become a professional introducer anytime soon… wd much rather preach. But the event as a whole was fun. Managed to snap a photo there in the Jason Janz tradition.
(It helped that the car rental place rented out the economy model I’d rented and put me in bright red Ford Mustang… with some extra detailing here and there white. Didn’t like it at first… so ostentatious… but it grew on me. Hated to return it.)

Anyway, for the curious, the “three words” were “Do nothing precipitous.” K. once gave me that advice when I was teetering on the edge of… well, something precipitous.

Views expressed are always my own and not my employer's, my church's, my family's, my neighbors', or my pets'. The house plants have authorized me to speak for them, however, and they always agree with me.

I think this is… Steve Cox, Aaron Blumer, …, Kevin Mungons.

The third man looks like someone I know, but I’ve not seen him on SI, so I’m hesitant to ID. Fill us in?

… evidently Blumer didn’t want his picture taken with me!

Just think … my fingers and keyboard are worn out … and no picture with the big guy?!!

Ken Fields

Where Was Ken Fields?—Well, we were trying to get you to come over for the photo, but you had your face buried in your laptop!

Steve Cox is pastor of Clear Lake Baptist Church, Clear Lake, Iowa. He blogs at The Way I See It
John Murray is an EBM missionary who works through Campus Baptist Church on the Iowa State Campus. He lurks at SI, but I don’ t think he’s ever signed up.

…I just didn’t want to sully his reputation by linking him with the rest of those guys unless it was really him. :D

Couldn’t find you when I had the camera in hand… but actually, not photographing people with me is one of the ways I say thank you! (I noticed that the three I managed to grab weren’t exactly chomping at the bit) ;)
