The article had a few valid points, though weakened themselves by the author’s rambling arguments, but his biblical/theological development placed him in a very immature slot, hence giving him a hearing beyond this reading isn’t warranted as I see it.

You’re right, of course. I wasn’t considering buying anything this author wrote. I do, however, find it interesting to occasionally read what people outside the fundamental community think Christianity is all about, or how Christians “aren’t very Christian.” When they have “a few valid points,” it makes me take evaluation to see if or where I truly fall short of the standard.
