I like what he notes; we might also phrase it as the “early church” strategy, where people quietly went about their lives in Christ and turned the empire of Rome upside down—gaining huge credibility by caring for pagans whose own relatives and friends wouldn’t give them care during a plague.
Appreciated the story of Cooper’s Brewery carrying on the lessons learned halfway around the world in Dublin by Arthur Guinness, too.
