Governor Jindal is serving his second term as governor of Louisiana. Prior to this office, he served as the executive director of the National Bipartisan Commission on the Future of Medicare and as the president of the University of Louisiana System. In 2001 President George W. Bush appointed him as an assistant secretary for the Department of Health and Human Services. In 2004 Jindal was elected to the United States Congress, and he was re-elected in 2006.

Governor Jindal is a leader in the Republican Party and a significant voice for integrity and conservatism in American politics. He is also a leader whose faith shapes his worldview and policies.

Governor Jindal and his wife, Supriya, live in Baton Rouge and have three children.

The public is invited to attend the meeting this Friday morning at 9:00. The meeting will also be livestreamed for your viewing.
