Good start
....but I would guess DOA in the Senate. I'm praying, really, that various sources of government funding for abortionists are repealed under "why are you billing pro-life people for abortions, directly or indirectly?". Win that one, and economics indicates that either the pro-abortion left will start funding it directly (when pigs fly, but it's possible), or the whole industry will wither to its pre-1973 size.
