Except for his putting “the particularity of salvation” (meaning, I assume, limited atonement) on par with penal substitution, of any meaningful notion of biblical authority, of the uniqueness of Christ for salvation, of justification by grace through faith, I thought this was an absolutely excellent article.

I believe “particularity of salvation” is intended as the opposite of “universality of salvation” and is not a reference to definite atonement.
