Crazy that Wright and Dunn are considered “standard Pauline theology.”

At this point, I am not likely to invest in this volume unless someone could demonstrate that it is superior to or offers something which Bill Mounce’s 600-page volume in the Word Commentary series does not.

Yes, once you have Mounce, there is little need to go hunting about for the latest Pastoral Epistles commentary!
