Patriotic Bible blesses Trump with $1.3 million in royalties

Fascinating document. It's 243 pages. He has a lot of holdings and incomes!
Also of interest is Mar-A-Lago, which generated $50,122,259.00 of income. Is that 2025 only (so 5 months of income)? I can't tell. If so, the property is worth way more than Trump's estimate in court, which the crooked judge said was fraudulently high.
I don't know if this negatively speaks to Donald Trump or the people who spent $99 to $1,000 on a cheap made print edition where proceeds were going to Trump.
The Bible is supposed to be about God, not Lee Greenwood, and definitely not Donald Trump. Even study Bibles with the names of a prominent teacher (e.g. MacArthur Study Bible) make me uneasy. (and for that matter, Trump's pattern of plastering his name over every product he can, per Dan's comment)
Noting that Greenwood was involved reminds me of former poster here, GregH, who actually noted from experience that when his musical group couldn't get people going in a performance, "God Bless the USA" came out.
Regarding the value of Mar-a-Lago, and the court case in which that was at issue, typical costs for luxury construction are way more than the $300/square foot (62500 sf is the size) listed by James and Engoron, and then you've got the seaside location and notoriety from the owner. My view is that both should pay for that one with their law licenses--anybody who's ever been a homeowner knows that the tax appraisal is generally a lowball versus what the property is actually worth. Dan's correct that if indeed the profit is north of $50 million annually, Trump's estimate of the value of the business is reasonably close.
Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
