NewI don't always find Randy…

I don't always find Randy Alcorn's views as always being theologically robust. This is one of those places. If you look at the definition of culture, it usually centers around a group of people with a unique set of beliefs, shared values and customs. Much of that will be subservient to a shared set of beliefs, values and customs instituted by Christ in His kingdom.
