I don’t think Steuver is quite right considering that believers are “investing time and money” in “Bethlehem” year round… and only “North Pole” in Q4 of each year…. usually without reducing what normally invest in Bethlehem in Q4.
Of course, when I say “believers” here I’m talking about the sort I’m most familiar with.
