Heroin came in second with a harm score of 55, and crack cocaine scored third with a score of 54.60.”

No, I have not checked this information independently so you will have to do your own research to decide for yourself whether it is true or not. It seems entirely plausible to me that it is true, but I have not thoroughly researched it to verify that it is factually true.

It seems plausible to me as well, considering the many ways that people who have gotten drunk can harm those around them. A drunk driver killed my older brother 45 years ago, and another one put me in the hospital with a broken back 11 years ago. I've never personally been harmed by someone on heroin or cocaine.
