Federal judge rules Colorado’s mask mandate, restrictions on churches are unconstitutional

“A federal judge has ruled that Colorado’s capacity limits on places of worship as well as the requirement that attendees wear masks for the duration of religious services are unconstitutional.” - CPost

Discussion

This is somewhat similar to the decision in NC this past May that has allowed churches to worship indoors. We still take some precautions, but we can worship indoors, without masks, with certain reasonable limitations, some of which are not mentioned in law and that we have taken on ourselves in order to be as circumspect as possible.

Limiting church gatherings indoors while not limiting other activities where people come in close contact with the same limits as churches is problematic under our laws and constitution, and finally some judges are recognizing this.
