...of a study from Arkansas that found that divorce rates were sky high there, but when I processed the data to be (approximately) in proportion to the number of adults who were actually married, I found that they were 35% lower than the control--in this case the divorce rate in New England and the Northeast, if I remember correctly. So if you factor in the relative preponderance of evangelicalism in both places, you get to a similar place as does this report.
