Pre-Marital Counseling Resources
Forum category
I had a couple approach me about performing their wedding ceremony, and I’m looking over my resources for the counseling. So far I’m looking at Berg’s “Changed Into His Image” and Binney’s “The Ministry of Marriage”. Anyone have any additional suggestions? They’re both believers.
I’ve used Called Together and found it contains a good mix of helpful projects for the happy couple to work through. Looks like it may have been updated since I last used it, but here’s an Amazon link:

Why is it that my voice always seems to be loudest when I am saying the dumbest things?
I’ve found both “The Five Love Languages” and “Love & Respect” to be quite helpful reads for understanding each other. There are a few good books to recommend about intimacy issues as well, like “Sheet Music” and “The Act of Marriage” if your counseling will include those aspects.
