Neither the Foundry nor the “new posts” area are up-to-date. The latter is more recent, but Foundry is reporting new posts from many days. This makes it pretty hard to follow threads.
Is this just my pc, or does anyone else see this?

I only messed with the new post feature once. I didn’t care for how it worked. So ‘mark all topics read’ is my friend.
I just took a look though, and it seems to be working for me.

I’m not crazy about how it sorts… maybe it would be better if the posts under each thread went newest on top to oldest at bottom? As it is, the threads sort most-recently-commented to least-recently-commented but the comments sort in reverse. Occasionally confuses me briefly.
I usually just use the Foundry.

As for not updating, I do hear that from time to time, but never see it myself. So I’m not sure why some are experiencing that. At the very least, it should update hourly, but usually much quicker than that. It must be that, for some reason, your browser is holding on to the old page. So hitting refresh a few times might do the trick.
If you’re using IE, you’ll have fewer problems across the board if you switch to Firefox. IE seems to cache very aggressively by default (in order to seem faster)… there may be some settings in there you can change so it doesn’t keep old pages so long— if IE is what you’re using.

Views expressed are always my own and not my employer's, my church's, my family's, my neighbors', or my pets'. The house plants have authorized me to speak for them, however, and they always agree with me.
