As to the issue at hand, Bible studies demand proper leadership from men and women who know how to rightly handle God’s word and are committed to Holy Spirit transformation by means of the word, not their own clever thoughts or ardent desire to help people change. It is imperative that overseers oversee those who would lead Bible studies and invest the time and energy necessary to train and debrief them.
