Interesting that there’s a boarding school component to the new occupants of the campus:

Only 17 miles away, in Faribault, MN, there is already another very well-known, long-established boarding school:
Not sure if their potential students would have any overlap, but I think it would be a hard-slog to compete as a start-up against Shattuck.
at MBU has had a boarding component for as long as I can remember.
