Dr. Stephen Jones' Resignation Address to Students, Faculty and Staff

I’ve never met Stephen Jones but in this video and from everything I’ve heard about him he definitely comes across as a humble man in a way the previous generations of his family did not. As a graduate of BJU I am glad to hear about many of the changes happening there. They are well needed and past due. While BJU has been characterized in the past by a certain arrogance it is good to see them moving away from that and towards balanced grace and humility. It appears to me Stephen Jones has been a large part of that process.

For me, the jury is still out concerning BJU. I haven’t been on campus or donated funds in over a decade. It will be interesting to see how things progress.
