The previously-announced sale by WMUU, INC. (GOSPEL FELLOWSHIP ASSOCIATION/BOB JONES UNIVERSITY-affiliated) of Beautiful Music/Religion WMUU-F to SALEM COMMUNICATIONS’ CARON BROADCASTING, INC. has been filed with the FCC, and the price, previously undisclosed, is $3 million ($1 million cash, $2 million in a promissory note). SALEM is flipping the station to Talk.
