A good summary, Mark. Thanks for sharing. I’m sure it will help many readers.

I have one quibble, and that is with the word “trying” in “God is trying to re-establish His full rule over the world.”

I believe something that suggests this is what He is doing is better than suggesting He is trying to do it.
