As a professional Apple technologist, I’m more happy for Apple in this story than sad about anything. This is a symptom of masses of people adopting Apple technology, which means more customers for me.
This knowledge says a lot less about the US small cash reserves than Apple’s massive cash on hand. Apple is going to start spending its cash by hiring new workers and building a new HQ… that will be bigger in circumference than the Pentagon.
