Against Creedalism: Why I am a “Confessing Christian” but not a Creedal Christian

Roger Olson: Creedalism definitely (to my way of thinking) appears when an extra-biblical statement of faith (doctrinal statement) is elevated to belief beyond mental reservation or question.
