Mormon church releases photo of "seer stone" and Book of Mormon Printer’s Manuscript

….is that they appear to be re-releasing the original text of the “Book of Mormon”, so the whole world can see how much later editors helped Joseph Smith’s grammar, spelling, and theology—Walter Martin noted an unfortunate lapse into Mariolatry in early editions of BOM that later editors thoughtfully removed.

And regarding the first link, on the light side, I always suspected Smith was stoned when he wrote the BOM, and now we know it’s true.
