...as Piper said, on why. But you can't proscribe raising of hands utterly, since Scripture in places prescribes it in such cases. And dancing. Yes, you can slip into doing things to be approved by men, but at the same time, God wants our love for and enjoyment of Him to extend to our bodies.
And when that happens, "For those about to praise, we salute you".
