But it sure is rewarding when it works. One thing that comes to mind for me is that a great way of getting to bed earlier is to go camping, where the "sun" gives a hint that it's time to call it a day. OK, not a good idea this time of year for a lot of us in northern climates, but something to keep in mind. I also remind the kids that if they rise with the sun and go to bed with the sun, that helps the electric bill, too. Aspiring to be a stick in the mud.
