Hi Brent -
What exactly are you looking for and how big is your staff?

"Our task today is to tell people — who no longer know what sin is...no longer see themselves as sinners, and no longer have room for these categories — that Christ died for sins of which they do not think they’re guilty." - David Wells
Jay,
Thanks for the interest. We have beside me, one full-time pastor, a part-time music man, two part-time custodial people (who work together) one secretary wroking 25-30 hours a week, one secretary working, 4 hours a week, and two residents (interns) who spend 11 months with us in training.
We oversee a rescue mission with 15-16 employees and have developed a first-class manual for them. This was done with the idea of being the foundation for the church though at the time there was not a need. The real heart of what I am looking for is how to handle expectations of dress/conduct outside of church and how this relates to pastors and their families above and beyond other staff. I want to be reasonable, yet maintain the dignity, ideals, and representation of pastors and their families and take a position appropriate within our context that would be able to stand the test of time without significant changes in the future. I hesitated putting this on the site because I didn’t want this to become a debate. I just want to see what other churches are doing in this regard.
I hope this makes sense.
