Now courts have to decide whom to hold responsible for the injury.

If the injured person sustained injuries then the church should be liable to pay medical costs...I can't see that they should for a second
want to defend themselves against this. It is simply the right thing to do. It also behoves them to ensure the safety of people who are being prayed for. I can't see why they should not be in a seated position when being prayed for. It may not have the dramatic effect of someone falling but they should not be seeking dramatic effects really.
